Application users’ data is stored and processed in France by Supabase, Inc. (database, authentication and file storage, Paris data centres, eu-west-3 region) and Vercel, Inc. (application processing, cdg1 region, Paris).

Intellectual property

All elements making up Dualia — structure, text, interfaces, visual identity, logo, source code — are the exclusive property of R DIGITAL INSTORE, with the exception of third-party components used under their own licences. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

The content you place in your family space — photos, memories, documents, messages — belongs to you. R DIGITAL INSTORE acquires no ownership rights over that content and uses it for no purpose other than operating the service.

Liability

Dualia is a family organisation tool. It constitutes neither legal advice, nor medical advice, nor a mediation service.

The information you record — custody calendars, cost-sharing rules, decisions — reflects what you entered or confirmed. It has no legal force of its own and does not replace a court order, an approved parenting agreement, or the opinion of a professional.

Where Dualia proposes information extracted automatically from a document, that proposal must be checked by you before it is confirmed. R DIGITAL INSTORE cannot be held liable for the consequences of incorrect information confirmed without verification.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
